1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flipcars ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Flipcars. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. Flipcars reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies, contain misleading information, or are reported by other users.
5. Transactions
Flipcars facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or quality of any vehicle listed. All sales are between the buyer and seller directly.
6. Fees and Payments
Listing fees are charged according to the package selected at the time of listing. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published. We may change our fees at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent our security measures
- Scrape or collect data from the Platform without consent
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Flipcars, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Flipcars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through it.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
